Decided to add a cooling fan. Garmin says it not required then states a reduction in temperature extends life. Didn’t want to install on the instrument cover due to concern of water intrusion. I fabricated a mount to the GEA24 box to get some airflow across the avionics and ran appropriate wiring. Not sure how effective it will be but better than nothing and only draws 0.2 amps.
