Fuel lines & seat back assembly: 2.2 hours

Connected fuel lines to fuel valve. Deburred, scuffed, and dimpled seat ramp assemblies.

Floors, battery tray, and seat support: 6.7 hours

Scuffed, dimpled, and primed floor stiffeners. Installed battery tray.

Riveted seat braces and installed front seat support rail.

Match drilled fuel valve bracket to mid cabin brace. Drilled whole in cover for valve handle.

Seat floors: 6.6 hours

Match drilled stiffeners and rear seat hinge to seat floors. Countersunk seat rib flanges. Scuffed and dimpled floors, foot wells, and deburred rib flanges.

Seat floors: 5.0 hours

Match drilled aft control mount to floor. Drilled and shaped flap bearing blocks and match drilled to floor. 

Match drilled forward floor stiffeners, foot wells, and forward floor to rib angles. Match drilled forward seat hinge to floor.

Gear brackets and floors: 6.2 hours

Torqued gear brackets. Finished seat floor and baggage floor edge prep and match drilling. 

Vent lines: 3.0 hours

Installed AN to quick connectors for nylon vent line transition.

Brake lines: 5.1 hours

Fabricated brake lines to gear legs. Very tight space lots of bending to get into proper position.

Tank vent lines: 2.8 hours

Finished deburring landing gear brackets.

Began fabricating vent lines after several hours of contemplating how exactly I’m gonna approach this.

JDAIR vents

Tank vents & cooling ramp: 6.5 hours

Installed JDair tank vents. Not much room as I had to drill a hole in the forward floor for the pass through. I have 2D on the brake line hole with the forward edge of the vent just inboard of the cover edge. They look awesome and I think I can hook these up with a quick connector that’s used for pitot static lines.

Began deburring landing gear mount holes.

Installed stainless cooling ramp, nice and shiny.
