Major fail from Road Runner. A week behind delivery at this time.
Cut fuel selector mount from sheet Fuel selector delivery is delayed a month too. Are margins so thin that no one can afford to stock products they sell?
Edge prepped various parts.
My fastback kit is going to be a week late as are other parts. More signs of a dying economy?
Marked aft bottom skin for tail spring cutout.
Trimmed fuel selector brackets and edge prepped mid cabin covers.
Match drilled tail spring to tail spring mount.
Got a quote for power coat $180. They can keep their powder.
Found a local dude that will powder coat for 40 bucks, deal.
Decided to make my own supports out of .040 since I’m going with a duplex valve. Should save a little weight over the kit part.
Continued fabrication of aft avionics shelf. I will finish final cuts to angle and match drill after fuselage is match drilled. It needs to be strong enough to hold 81 pounds under max G loading.

Match drilled static ports to aft skins.
