Wiring: 4.6 hours
Verified connector pins on GSU25 J251, GDU460 P4601. Quickly realized I needed a way to document what has been verified. It’s one pin at a time which pays well as I already found reversed wires on the RS232.
Began routing wiring to fuse blocks, labeling, and crimping fast on connectors. Installed flap power and ground wiring and GMC307 ground wiring.

Spent some time finalizing panel switch layout.
Garmin wiring: 1.4 hours
Started building connector harness between GAD27 and GEA24. Had some techical difficulties so I’m on hold until I hear back from Garmin.
Subpanel wiring: 3.3 hours
Began cutting wires to length, labeling and crimping connectors. Not a lot of room and my back is not happy. Have to take frequent breaks. Found three wires that are too short. Will have to rerun longer ones when I’m in the mood for a good challenge.
