Polished intake tubes.
Cut snorkel relief hole for alternator bracket clearance and glassed hole.

Having issues not getting full throttle throw at the throttle body by 1/4 inch. Had to drill another hole in the throttle arm to compensate and dropped the arm 1/8 inch so rod end bolt clears idle set screw block. Cut off and primed unused side of throttle arm.
Removed the original fat 16 ga wires from the fuel PSI sensor connector and installed new terminals and ran ship wiring all the way to the connector.
Installed starter solenoid, start warning, and shunt wiring. Ran fuel PSI regulator wiring into position. Drilled exhaust for EGT probes.

There is one spot on the snorkel that is touching the alternator bracket. I know I marked it, must have gotten sanded off. So I get to cut another hole in what I thought was a finished part, yaaaa.
Finally found a replacement element for my Flow Ezy filter. They no longer support their motorsports line, left the ones in the field high and dry, totally weak, but who isn’t these days. Luckily I found a drop in replacement from Performance Fuel Systems saving me from needing to buy a new filter and fabricating new fuel lines! New 10 micron element installed required for System32 EFII.
Final sanded and and painted snorkel and throttle bracket.
Sanded oil filler access door.
