Continued with right wing rib scuffing. Got eight wing ribs primed. Began right leading edge rib edge prep and fluting. Finished the day deburring and dimpling left wing bottom ribs. Jumping around a bit to break up the monotony of edge prep.
Marked Z bracket center lines for left and right tanks.
Match drilled to spar, countersunk for nutplates, deburred, scuffed, and primed Z brackets.
After strapping the tank to the wing I match drilled the tankskin to the joint plate. Then I match drilled tank skin to ribs and end ribs to Z brackets. Match drilled baffle to Z brackets. My Z bracket holes came out spot on so I am very pleased with this method!
Match drilled left leading edge. Cut fuel tank stiffeners from stock.
