Glassed cowling spinner ring. The spinner gap is 1/8″ wider at the top cowl so I have to fill the excess gap to make it nice and parallel.

Added flox to aft cowl edges that have excessive gap.
Match drilled and dimpled to side baffles. Match drilled to #30 remaining holes in left air ramp.
Trimmed snorkle flange ring to final size then sanded and microed.

Drilled forward and aft case baffles for crank trigger wire passthroughs.
Sanded cowl inlet halves to match.

Fabricated baffle passthroughs for crank trigger wiring. Way too much work but I think I have a workable solution. I want to be able to remove the harness if need be without having to remove the baffles.

Moulded clay for inlet ramp layup. Had to abandon the foam molds as they were too spongy making it difficult to file smooth.
Edge prepped right forward center and side baffle then marked for crank trigger passthrough access.
