Position light wiring: 3.3 hours

Finally came up with a solution to running wires to the rudder with an internal rudder stop. I drilled a hole through one arm of the rudder stop and cut an adel clamp in half to secure the wire while maintaining clearance with the rudder skin. Still need to add some heat shrink.

Cut wire pass-through notches on bus bracket flanges. Installed battery contactors and started lacing position light wire. One battery contactor has a bad diode so it shorts out when power is applied. Will have to call B&C for a replacement.
